Shipping & orders
How much is shipping?
US orders of $35 or more ship free. Orders under $35 ship for a flat $3.99.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Standard delivery then takes 3–5 business days. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet. We currently ship to US addresses only.
Where do orders ship from?
Orders ship from our fulfillment partner's US warehouse in plain packaging.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You can return a toy within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with all tags and attachments. For everyone's health and safety, we can't accept used toys.
How do I start a return?
Email us at autumnblissco@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return, and we'll reply with instructions.
What if my toy arrives damaged?
If your toy arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll cover return shipping and make it right. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Are Autumn Bliss toys safe?
Our toys are third-party tested to US toy safety standards (ASTM F963 and CPSIA). Always supervise your little one during play and tummy time.
Which toy is right for my baby's age?
For 0–6 months: the Fox Tummy Time Pillow, Safari Tummy Time Pillow and Baby Sensory Activity Mirror. For 6–12 months: the Donkey Tummy Time Roller, Activity Mirror, Safari Pillow and 8-in-1 Activity Cube. For toddlers 1–3 years: the 8-in-1 Activity Cube and Sensory Hedgehog Buckle Toy.
What are your best toys for tummy time?
Our Safari and Fox tummy time pillows prop babies up on a soft support, the Donkey roller gives them a bolster to lean over, and the Activity Mirror gives them a face to look at. All are designed for supervised, awake tummy time.
How do I clean the toys?
Our Safari and Fox tummy time pillows are machine washable. For our other toys, follow the care label included with your toy.

How do I get the Belly Up! guide after I buy it?
It's an instant digital download. After checkout you'll receive an email with a link to download the PDF. Nothing is shipped. You can read it on your phone or tablet or print the tracker pages at home.
Can I share the guide with a friend?
Each copy is for one family's personal use, so please don't forward, copy or resell the file. You can download it up to 5 times from your purchase email. If a friend would love it too, you can gift them their own copy.
